What ClientTrack does

• Lives in the menu bar

  Start work, travel, or a break for any client from the menu bar. There is no Dock icon to get in the way.

• One timer at a time

  Switching to something new ends the current entry and starts the next at the same moment, so no time is lost or double counted.

• Reports and CSV export

  See client time with charts, fix any entry, and export to CSV.

• Sleep aware

  Work pauses while your Mac sleeps and resumes for the same client when it wakes, so sleep is never billed.

• Gentle reminders

  A notification lets you know if a timer has been running for 8 hours, with a button to stop it.

• Your data, on your Mac

  Clients and time entries stay on your Mac, with automatic daily backups. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Requires macOS 15 or later. Runs on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
